Enrollment Agreement

  1.  The Camper, his/her parents & relatives agree to abide by the Camp rules for the health,                      safety & welfare of all campers.
  2.  Enrollment forms & a non refundable deposit of 1/2 the enrollment amount will secure a                           Camp spot so we may determine advance hiring of staff & supply purchases.  The balance is                   due two weeks before the first day of camp.
  3.  The Camp reserves the right to dismiss a Camper whose conduct or influence is unsatisfactory                 or NOT in the best interest of the camp.  In that event there shall be no refund  of any part issued.
  4.   The undersigned consents to the use of pictures of this Camper for  advertising or promotions.         5.   Completed enrollment forms, located on "Enrollment" page, are required, prior to the first day of          camp, with a deposit of 1/2 the enrollment amount,  in order to secure your camper's spot.
  6.  The undersigned understands & acknowledge certain activities in this camp (such as                                   horseback riding, rock climbing, gymnastics, etc.) have an increased risk of injury.  A  hold                       harmless release must be signed by parents/guardians before Camper participation.
